In 1972,Hong Gee was established in Kaohsiung in the name"Hong Gee Enterprise". With a passion,patience and willpower, we have been staying strong overcoming numerous difficulties. How time flies! It has been 40 years. Though we are old company,we keep in every minute that we still have several 40 years in the future. 1975.07	Establishment of Hong Gee Capital:usd$30500. Location of Office:NO.44,255th lane,Cheng Street,Shing Ying City specially manufacturing Cylinder lining and gaskets.
1977.11	Representing S.Y.breaking unit,anti-vibration system,air pipes,water hoses.
1978.05	Increase of capital for USD$455000 to purchase of estate at Zen-Wu,Kaohsiung for extension of factory.
1980.03	Full involvement in research and development of air filter for Japan car series and expending into domestic market.
1985.02	Signing contract with Cheng Hung Computer Center to start computerization of production and marketing system.
1985.04	Receiving guidance of"Financial Management"from provincial.
1986.07	Increase of capital for NTD$243000. Purchase of automatic hydraulic forming machine and computer equipment to replace conventional operation system.
1988.08	Conversion of business type from auto parts into generators peripheral components.
1990.10	Cooperation with trading company of South EastAsia in research and development for filter,wet-type,commencing export to international market.
1992.03	Increase of capital for USD$727000. Establishment at Zen-Wu,to complete computerization of stock for components of generator.
1994.06	Receiving guidance of O.M.U.project by Outstannding EnterpriseManaging and Researching Center.
1996.02	Establishment of a subsidiary Hong Yu Co.Ltd.(Trading), dealing with export related issues.
1998.08	Establishment of selling redoubt in Mainland China-Jei-Li Company Ltd. Expanding market in China.
2000.10	Involvement of development for water/fuel separator and air filters for striving to gas station and generator market.
2003.01	Hong Gee has developed professional silencers for generators,and gained the experiment data of noise attenuation and pressure drop through the Automotive Research & Testing Center(ARTC)and the flow measurement laboratory of Aerospace Science and Technology(FML)
2005.08	Science and Technology Park for the domestic manufacturers, such as TSMC, UMC, Chi Mei, Powerchip, Rexchip semiconductor company expansion case, the plant UPS uninterruptible power system and emergency generator systems, providing a large generator parts, such as : Large muffler, fuel tank, hoses, etc., instead of indirectly imported goods, non-changing technology factory muffler with a non-imported concept, but they require more stringent quality assurance to enhance the Company to accept the challenge of energy.
2008.10	More stringent domestic requirements to participate in project work such as Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan and offshore islands electricity generation system, Pumping Station, in addition to overcoming the regulatory requirements, the test report accurate performance under, one by one through a third notary unit test cases to obtain orders equipment use.
2010.02	To the Ministry of Economic Affairs for Innovation Research Program SBIR funding, the Foundation and the Taiwan Automotive Research & Testing Center technology transfer, the result of considerable research and innovation and application case driven generator industry, subsidies of up to 49.7% of the funds contributed to record the Hong Gee plant establishment of noise reduction and back-pressure measurement system laboratory, noise and back pressure to obtain further data to fully grasp the Noise reduction and back-pressure measurement system data, plus research and development for future innovation advantage.
